De Wet Vintage Mashup Red 2022 - Worcester 750ml

A mashup is a creative work, usually in a form of a song, created by blending two or more pre-recorded songs, resulting in a more approachable version with a wider audience. This same concept was used making this wine. To be true to the MASHUP, 4 completely different wines were used and blended until we found this beautiful collaboration of flavours. 

Cultivar: 34% Petit Verdot | 33% Shiraz | 21% Cabernet Sauvignon | 12% Merlot

Nose: Red fruit berries on the nose

Palate: A complex wine with a smooth finish

Food Paring: A very versatile wine. This wine will partner with any Proud South African traditional meal.

Analysis: Alcohol: 13.6 % | PH: 3.38 | Total Acidity: 6.35 g/l | RS: 2.9 g/l
