Produced as a tribute to the legendary winemaker, Joseph Huskinsson, this unique blend carries on his vision from his years at Perdeberg Cellar (1956-1994). Joseph's Legacy honours his dedication to tradition and the philosophy of Dry Land viticulture and winemaking. Only the finest barrels from the 2021 vintage were selected.

Cultivar: 60% Shiraz | 22% Grenache Noir | 10% Mouvèdre | 8% Cinsault

Nose: Expect aromas of black pepper, spice, blackcurrant and red berries.

Palate: Rich and smooth, leaving a lingering, flavourful finish.

Food Paring: This wine pairs well with flame grilled rump steak, spicy venison and hearty beef casserole.
